  • A Christ Centered Foundation

    Every session is rooted in historic Christian belief and biblical teaching. We anchor our practices in:

    * The Incarnation — God took on flesh, and therefore embodied worship matters.

    * Scripture — which is filled with physical expressions of prayer

    (kneeling, lifting hands, bowing, standing, walking, dancing, laying on of hands).

    * Sanctification — spiritual growth formed through repeated, disciplined practice.

    * All content is grounded in Scripture and aligned with orthodox Christian theology.

  • Clear Theological Guidelines

    Church leaders can expect clarity and integrity.

    Postures of Praise is:

    * Not Christianized yoga

    * Not syncretistic

    * Not mystical breathwork detached from Scripture

    * Not a performance dance ministry

    * Not a personality-driven fitness brand

    * Breath, posture, and movement are explicitly directed toward prayer to the Triune God.

    * The authority is Scripture. The framework is Christian theology. The goal is worship and spiritual formation.

  • Structured Worshipful Movement Content

    Participants can expect guided sessions that thoughtfully integrate:

    * Scripture meditation & Breath-centered prayer

    * Intentional posture based classes

    * Strength and endurance training

    * Guided rhythms of discipline and rest

    * These are not random workouts with a devotional added on. Each session is designed as a cohesive formation practice where movement supports worship.

  • Community Oriented Practice

    Churches may host:

    * POP Classes

    * Guided walking or running groups

    * Contemplative prayer sessions

    * Run/Walk Clubs

    * Men’s and women’s formation cohorts

    Each offering is designed to build:

    * Spiritual depth

    * Physical resilience

    * Relational connection

    * Healthy discipline

    * We believe worship is not disembodied. We believe formation happens through habit. We believe the body is essential in Christian life.

  • Safe Accessible Programming

    Our sessions are:

    * Non-competitive

    * Modifiable for various fitness levels

    * Designed for churches and community settings

    * Focused on formation over performance

    * Participants do not need prior athletic experience. All movements can be adapted.
