Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your STRENGTH.

POP is built on three core beliefs:

  • Scripture is our foundation.

All teaching, movement, and practice flows from the Bible and historic Christian orthodoxy. We draw from biblical postures of worship — kneeling, lifting hands, standing, bowing, walking, running — as formative practices of prayer.

We do not borrow spiritual frameworks outside the Christian tradition.

  • Because God became flesh in Jesus Christ, the body matters.

    We affirm:

    • The body is created good.

    • The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.

    • Worship involves physical participation.

    • Spiritual growth includes embodied discipline.

Our bodies will be part of Creation renewed, so how we care for them today matters deeply

  • We are formed together.

Through church-hosted classes, run clubs, contemplative prayer sessions, and small groups, we foster community that strengthens both body and faith.

Embodied worship is communal, not merely individual.

“Remember that bodily exercise, when it is well ordered, as I have said, is also prayer by means of which you can please God our Lord.”
